Combining exceptional knowledge of management processes with action-oriented, optimistic and energetic leadership, Michèle offers over 25 years of clear and compelling business and IT enablement achievement as a Senior Executive and Business Transformation Architect in the public and private national service delivery sectors.

Experienced in complex business transformation projects, reorganization and realignment initiatives for major departments of the federal Canadian government, the span of Michèle’s business knowledge and accountability includes P&L management and oversight, IM & IT portfolio investment planning, business & market development, solutions integration, application development, service delivery, operations and national program delivery.  Other areas of competency include: Strategy and Organization Assessment, Organization Renewal, Culture Change, Stakeholder Engagement, Coaching and Team Development.

Michèle recently completed a three year Executive level Interchange agreement with Environment Canada occupying various roles as Strategic Advisor to the ADM CIO for the department’s IT Strategy, IM & IT investment portfolio and related Governance and Oversight.

During this period, she was also instrumental, as Director lead, for step improvements in the development and take to industry of a single window regulatory reporting portal and suite of enabling data collection, workflow, publication and exchange services and capabilities for the collection of greenhouse gas emissions and toxic substances on behalf of EC, participating provincial partners and other vested interest GC departments.

From a leadership perspective, Michèle has demonstrated a clear capacity for mobilizing individual and team commitment to goals and maximizing the potential of diverse workforces achieving high quality and impact results with lasting capability.  A clear track record of accomplishment across a large scale mixture of unionized and non-unionized structures has been a key area of Michèle’s collaboration ability.

Michèle holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours, Major Marketing, University of Ottawa, 1995 and Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, University of Ottawa, 1986 where she focused on industrial/organizational interests.  She has earned certification as a Professional Coach from Erickson College in 2008; for Managing Successful Programmes, Foundation Examination, from the APM Group, October 22, 2009; and Management of Change,  ADKAR Method Prosci Methodology and Tools, August 2010. While on Executive Interchange, she also earned certification for Essentials of Executive Management, from the Canadian School of Public Service, February 12, 2010.
